Contemporary woven artworks that bring texture, light and architectural presence to exceptional interiors.
My work explores the intersection of weaving, geometry, and light through contemporary handwoven textile art created entirely by hand in my studio in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Each piece begins with hand painted natural fibers and is woven on a floor loom before being transformed into multimedia wall works that often also include supplemental embroidery, paint, and other additions. This results in one of a kind textile art that celebrate the texture, rhythm, and subtle variations that only handmade processes can achieve.
Rather than functioning simply as decoration, these works are intended to create a quiet visual presence within a space. Their layered surfaces respond to changing light throughout the day, inviting closer observation while adding warmth, depth, and a tactile counterpoint to contemporary architecture.
Whether commissioned for a private residence, boutique hospitality project, or commercial interior, each artwork is designed to become an enduring focal point that enriches the experience of the space it inhabits.
Custom Commissions
Artwork can be created in custom dimensions to suit the scale and vision of your project. I work with designers to develop pieces that complement an interior while remaining true to my artistic practice.
Crafted by Hand
Every artwork is woven individually in my studio using hand painted fibers and traditional weaving techniques. No two pieces are exactly alike.
Thoughtful Partnership
From initial conversations through completion, I strive to make the commissioning process straightforward, responsive, and enjoyable. Typical lead time is approximately 4-8 weeks, depending on the project scope.
